Payment & Insurance: Please note that Durham Pelvic is out-of-network with all insurers and payment is due at the time of service. Many patients are able to use their out-of-network benefits and/or HSA or FSA funds for sessions. To learn more about why I’ve chosen this model for my practice, please visit my website.

Reschedules & Cancellations: I require 2 business days’ notice for all appointment cancellations or adjustments. As the clinic is closed over the weekend, the online system will lock appointment modifications 3 days prior to your appointment. If you need to make a change within that window, please contact the clinic directly at contact@durhampelvicpt.com or 919-283-3864.

If you do not see an opening that works for you: Please add yourself to the waitlist so that you will get notified if spots open up.
